Basic Controls

This section describes how to manipulate the camera in the Map Viewer.

Field of View Movement (Panning)

Click + Drag using either the left mouse button or the middle mouse button (typically the scroll wheel). The left mouse button is also used to select objects in a scene, so it is recommended to use the middle mouse button to avoid misclicks.

Zoom In/Out

Use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out.

Bird-Eye View ↔︎ Ground Level View Transition

You can change the field of view by moving the slider below the main Editor screen, or by typing in an angle value in the box to the right of the slider.

Rotating the View

You can rotate the view by moving the second slider below, or by typing in an angle value. The default rotation faces cardinal North.

Resetting the Camera

You can initialize the field of view by clicking the Reset View Button below.
